My work today focuses on shaping product direction in complex, high-stakes spaces. I’ve led design across consumer and enterprise products, managed and mentored designers, and now operate as a principal-level designer through setting strategy, creating alignment, and guiding execution in highly technical domains.

Product Design

I design in complex, data-rich environments where people need to understand what’s happening and feel confident taking action. My work balances user needs, technical constraints, and long-term product direction, often in spaces where patterns haven’t yet been established.

Product Strategy & Partnership

I work closely with product and engineering to shape direction early, especially when things are ambiguous. I help teams align on what problem we’re really solving and make thoughtful tradeoffs along the way.

Design Leadership

I’ve led and mentored designers and focus on creating the right amount of structure for strong work. I give clear, candid feedback and know when to step in or get out of the way. I care deeply about building teams where people feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and doing their best work together.
